Don, Shirley, Marion and Mac Griffeth came to Norway Township from Indiana in 1883. Mac had a homestead in the southeast corner of the Township. A relative of their mother's, Hendrickson, lived with them. Marion Griffeth married Belle Goodman. Mac passed away in 1940 at the age of 55 years.
Mart Miller lived in the same locality. He was a farmer, carpenter, stonemason, and plasterer. He passed-on at the age of 60 about 1945.
