CHARLES H. AND FRED B. AMES
Charles H. and Fred B. Ames came to Norway Township in 1878. They purchased land in Norway Township in Section 13. Charles married Miss Julia Helstead in 1887. The ceremony was performed in the Providence Chapel of the Methodist Church. They were parents of two sons, Fred and Charles. Charles lives in California and Fred in Norway Township.
